Then go and get it! Seriously, it is a nice addition to the platform and will compliment the park nicely.

Re: Monorail Track Kit is up!

My kit just arrived here in Kentucky. Unfortunately, it arrived after my spring break ended, so set up is going to have to wait a bit while I push on through my class schedule for the semester. I will say I found the directions remarkably concise and understandable. I'm just curious if anyone else has gotten the kit and attempted the set up yet. I ask because in planning ahead for the set up, rather than prop the platform up on its wooden blocks again, why not just slide the platform forward and expose the small working area underneath and work using that? Anyone tried that?

        Just curious.

Hey Matt...were you able to try your technique of sliding out the platform a bit to install the monorail track kit? If it does work, I'm going to take mine off the blocks since I have not ordered it yet.

I haven't tried yet and won't have a chance to try until June. Up to my eyeballs in classwork currently and need my uncle to come and help, since he has a drill and I don't.

The reason I suggest sliding forward over propping up on blocks is so little of the platform overhangs, I can't imagine there being any damage overall. YMMV, of course.
