Hey there. Is everyone ready for everybody's favorite event in February? No not Valentine's Day. Toy Fair of course.

It starts Sunday in New York and here is the thread to post reports you find online.

Please remember to give credit to the sites you find info on and no hot-linking.

So here is something I am excited about from NECA. Figures of Borderlands characters ClapTrap and Psycho.

    COOL TOY REVIEW

And if you are more interested in the upcoming ET release.

    COOL TOY REVIEW=

Thanks to Cool Toy Review for the pictures.

I am watching live coverage of a panel at toy fair.

    Rebelscum.com: TF2012: Hasbro Collector's Event

New Star Wars includes a new Tarkin, Nien Numb, Lumat and realistic versions of characters like Ashoka from the Clone Wars.

SDCC exclusive is a carbon freezing chamber?

    a Carbonite Jar Jar!

Also a new Jar Jar in the vintage line. It has been awhile since we got a carded figure of him outside of Clone Wars.

Remember last years GI Joe SDCC exclusive? Cobra Commander with Starscream?

Well this year sees a similar release, Destro with Shockwave (Hiss Tank). But what is really special is Destro's Soundwave accessory. San Diego Comic Con 2012 Shockwave HISStank with Destro Images - Mini Soundwave Accessory! - Transformers News - TFW2005

      Basic 3 3/4" Figures - - SirStevesGuide.com Photo Gallery

Here is some of the vintage Star Wars figures for this year. Nice to see the Weequay skiff guard get a new sculpt. Tarkin looks good, but I am hoping that the color is off in the picture as he looks green. What might be the best thing ever is that it looks like Tarkin comes with a brand new Mouse Droid. If this rolls I will want a bunch.

They also have pics of realistic Ashoka (not sold on the sculpt yet) and the new Nein Numb and Lumat .

Here are some quality pics of the GI Joe: Retaliation figures. I like the look of them. The new Snake Eyes looks good (no more stupid mouth) and the Jinx SDCC figure looks great too.

Here are some pictures of some multi-packs that are coming. Yep a pack full of Ewoks. Calling Coheteboy. Also notice that Princess Kennesha is in it.

Edit: The pictures of the sets are gone.

Let's start with the Joe Question. Nope, not Gung Ho. He is Joe, as in the first GI Joe.

As for Star Wars. Yes, that would be a modern version of the Weequay you got recently. They did the same character around 1998 and this a more articulated one.

As for Chirpa I had to go double check because I did not remember seeing one. The only 2 Ewoks I found were Lumat and Logray (who was released in 2011 and is being re-released in 2012) . They have actually done Chirpa in recent times.

The thread is not just for me. If you see something cool, post a link to it.

Anyway, this is not from Toy Fair coverage, but I figured people here would want to see this Hot Wheels Car that is coming soon.

LOL. I have been waiting for you to show up. I'll see what I can do about KITT. Hopefully he will be as easy to find as the BTTF Time Machine was.
