The Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough has indeed closed (temporarily of course). One of my on the spot reporters was at the park yesterday, & the attraction was indeed closed, with the sign put back up on the entrance & exit doors.

It was closed today, but obviously not all day. It was closed till at least 7:30.
And as to the why it closed again, Tony Baxter told us that what was open before was just a preview and they weren't completly done.
His sources were NOT wrong. It was closed, just not all day.

I'll vouch for that it was indeed closed at least on Thursday. There were reports that Tony Baxter told people it would close the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend but he did not say for how long. So maybe they just needed a day and a half or so to finish up and were not ready to do that work on Monday, since I read it was open at least this past Monday and Tuesday.Comment

OK. Here's the thing. I am not trying to be mean here please understand that.
I have DIP Jr every other weekend. He has a SoCal pass which means I wouldn't be able to take him to DL until January if I didn't take him yesterday.
I didn't see this post until late in the evening when I logged into Micechat. Had I seen this post before picking him up I probably would have decided to do something else. The main thing I wanted to do at DL was to take him to the castle walkthrough for the first time in his life.
Forgive me if I was a little harsh but when I logged onto Micechat and read this I was a little concerned. What if other people were making plans to go to DL and like me didn't go because the castle walkthrough was reported as being closed? I wanted to make it clear to others reading that in fact the attraction was not closed.
Atrractions go down all the time. The walkthrough is no different. People are making closures of this attraction a lot bigger deal than it has to be.Comment
