  • [Question] Question for Disneyland Guest Relations Cast Member

This is a rather uncomfortable question for me, but it needs to be asked.

I am going through the estate of a family member and found two printed e-tickets for Disneyland 2 Day Park Hoppers. It shows they are valid through 01/04/2010.

My question is how can I determine if they are still valid, or if they have already been used.

I did look at the Disneyland.com website, but I see no obvious means of determining validity of the ticket. I also realize that once it is scanned, it is voided out.

I appreciate any insight. I could pass them along to one of my siblings who lives in CA (I live in WI), but I would hate for them to drive 80 miles only to find out they are no longer valid.

    Thank you so much!

I think your best bet would be to call the Disneyland Guest Relations at (714) 781-7290
      Have you PLay'ed today?

The operative word here is "estate," which is the part that makes it uncomfortable.

It's hard to ask the deceased if you have their permission, but if family asks you to help out with the sorting, you do what you can.

Don't call the Guest relations number- They will just transfer you over to park tickets. Just call park tickets directly at (714) 781-4400.
