  • [Question] How to replace Glow with the Show batteries?

I have a set of Glow with the Show ears from a previous trip, but the batteries are dead.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to open the battery compartment to replace the batteries. I don't want to force anything open for fear of breaking something.

Can anyone help with step by step directions of how to get the darned thing open?

Thank you very much in advance!

    1) Get screwdriver
    2) Unscrew the screw of the the battery compartment with screwdriver.
    3) Take out the screw.
    4) Open battery compartment.
    5) Take out old batteries.
    6) Replace with new batteries.
    7) Close battery compartment.
    8) Screw the screw.

    DONE!

Actually (and I have done this)if you go to one of the stores selling the ear hats, if you are at the park, and ask a CM about it, they are more than happy to help you out (if possible, bring your receipt just incase)
Met Anna and Elsa over 1100 times and not afraid to admit it. Just let it go

I had removed the screw, but nothing seemed any looser. Is there anything that needs to be pressed, etc for it to open? Sorry to be so dense about this.

I think you have to push in the little part with the screw hole to lever it open. I hope that helps. I apologize if it is unclear, it's a little difficult to explain,

Push the tab (where the screw was removed) toward the battery door and lift.
