  • [Question] Question about Discount Tickets

    Hey,

I browsed the threads and discussion sections to see if this was answered somewhere else, but I didn't see it. So if it is, please direct me to the correct location

We have friends who are thinking of coming down from Northern Cali to visit and do one day at the park. We have passes, so it's pretty easy for us to go. However, they have three kids, so there is five of them total and would need to buy one day hopper tickets for each of them. This ends up being over $600. Does anyone know where or how to get discounted one day hopper tickets?

    Thanks for any info.

    Re: Question about Discount Tickets

There are other threads on this subject, but to sum up to basic info: one day tickets are rarely discounted (much), so your friends' best bets are to try AAA, credit union, work (if one or both of them works for a company with an HR dept., they should see if the company offers theme park tickets). They might want to try Getawaytoday Travel, Ares Travel, etc. Tell your friends to avoid unauthorized ticket dealers like the plague (this includes eBay, craigslist, FB, scammers/renters around Anaheim, etc.). It is not worth the risk of being turned away by Disney security just to save a few bucks.
