  • News Large fire at disneyland last night

Last night backstage near the berm and circle d ranch, some firework fallout landed in the trees and engulfed them in flames, no one was injured but some of these trees can be seen from inside the park, and later when Disneyland RR reopened the smell of burning wood was there, and i love that smell btw. it was interesting to watch this unfold

It seems like there have been a few issues with fireworks lately? That's kind of scary! Glad no one was hurt.

Thank you to Poisonedapples for my awesome signature!

It's unfortunate this happened, but the big plus is that no one was hurt.

I'm glad nobody was hurt. Is there any chance that they may be cutting back on their fireworks as a result of this?

I was on the railroad when they were launching fireworks once...luckily, nothing was set ablaze.

It's just super loud and sometimes startling if one of them explodes when you least expect it!

Doubtful, things catch on fire all the time. Normally very small fires that are put out fast, but it does happen sometimes.

                        Thanks, Mrs. Monroe!
I personally blame the trees. They should have been more attentive.

Ya, they were just kind of sitting there like a bump on a log.

If only they weren't so wooden in situations like these.

Clearly the people launching the fireworks couldn't see the forest throught the trees.
