  • [Question] Does anyone subscribe to the Crowd Calendar?

I've recently become completely obsessed with planning my family's trip to DLR in early Sept. Call me "crazy", but I'd love to have as many details settled as possible despite the trip being 4 months away. We know we're buying 2-day/1 park-per-day tix but I'd love to know which park they're predicting will be crowded on which day. Or really, how crowded they guess it will be. I know we're going in the "off-season" but the "off-season" doesn't seem to exist the way it used to anymore. So, I was wondering if anyone subscribed to the touringplans.com site and could tell me what Sept. 10-11 look like? Thanks!
    P.S,
Yes, I know I could just be patient and wait a few months for the forecast to come out in a few months for free but I just can't help it!!! I'm so excited for this trip!

Dapper Day is Sept 12. There is a promotion going on for the week before and the week after with Resort rooms going for convention rates. GHC is $225a night , usually around $400. I have never been there during this time frame but I read that the last Dapper Day in Spring this year had an extra 20,000 guests. I don`t know how the crowd spreads out the two weeks around Dapper Day which is a Friday.

Really? The 12th? Isn't Dapper Day usually on a Sunday? That's strange.
Thanks, BlueMouse for the info! I guess early closures means less spending $$ for us. We won't have to have dinner in the parks and I can get my little one to bed at a decent time. It's all about positive perspective, right:thumbup:

              SEPT 12, 2014 DISNEYLAND - DAPPER DAY

Dapper Day this past Spring was Sunday , Feb 23. Next Disneyland Dapper Day is Friday , Sept 12. I still haven`t gotten a definitive answer to the question of whether or not there are Dapper Day crowds during the week before and the week after.

Dapper Day crowds will be present on the 12th only. There are no pre or post Dapper crowds.
