  • Breakfast INSIDE Disneyland?

Off to Disneyland in 2 days. The opening time is 8AM, early in is 7AM (Hotel Patrons). So I'm wondering can you buy breakfast INSIDE DL? The logic here is to drag my family inside, grab a fastpass somewhere (SM or IJ) then grab breakfast.

I know most people would just say to get breakfast before entering, but I'm just wondering if there's the option.

I had breakfast at the RiverBelle Terrace twice last time I was there and it was a pretty good breakfast and resonably priced.

Of course. The Plaza does a character breakfast that's pretty good and the River Belle Terrace serves Mickey pancakes that are pretty cute. Of course there's always the Blue Ribbon Bakery for a quick breakfast and I feel like the Carnation Cafe does breakfast too, although I've never had breakfast there.

The river belle terrace is pretty good, but it's buffiteria style. I also like the place on main street (carnation cafe?) they have mickey waffles.

Be aware that with early entry, you may not be able to get Fast Passes for those attractions until regular entry has started and those rides are open. Early entry usually only includes Fantasyland rides and occasionally Buzz Lightyear.

I may be wrong, but that was how it was explained to me when we went with a large group in 2005. What we did was get the kids all happy riding FL rides and one of the dads took all the tickets and was ready to be at Space Mountain when they opened. Then we had a nice breakfast at the Plaza Inn (character breakfast) and after breakfast I think we got another set of SM FPs and rode our first set of rides then. We must have spent forever at Space Mountain between fastpasses and parent swaps!!
I love my awesome crazy wonderful friends!!

Breakfast at the Carnation Cafe is great! I hate the long line, but my hubbie and I always got a quick table by saying that we were ok sitting in the sun!

I love the Eggs Benedict! Mmm, I'm so hungry right now!
Took mom to Disneyland for the first time in over 20 years this week! Woo!

Cafe Orleans in NOS also serves breakfast now.

Here is a link to a review by one of our fellow Disney lovers.

If we don't do the character breakfast @ the Plaza we always get breakfast at River Belle. It's pretty good.

Myself? I prefer to be enjoying the park during those early hours. We go to Von's the night prior, buy up bagels and what not and eat before even leaving for the park.

Then when they let us in, we're fed, tanned and ready. I'm usually in a three-point stance on the Eastern side of the gates.

Seriously, the food isn't that great in the park anyhows--so go ahead and eat beforehand.

                    Peace!

ditto, it is a fun place to people watch and the food/service is good. Say "hi" to Oscar, (the chef), if you go.

We like breakfast at Carnation Cafe. You can call and get priority seating (714) 781-DINE, or (714) 781-3463. This will save you some waiting in line. The sticky roll is great also.

Our new favorite thing is breakfast at the River Belle Terrace. The view from there is nice in the morning.
There are a couple of other places, look online.
Goin around the world...and back to Disneyland!

You can say that again! The food service, particularly the lack of profesionalism and polish from the CM's and the overall cleanliness of the dining areas, has gone way downhill in the last couple of years. WAY downhill!

I try to eat as little inside the Parks as I can. Catal at Downtown Disney is often my hangout for lunch or dinner, although next weekend I'm going to try a Sunday dinner at that new Morton's of Chicago at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Disneyland food is generally bad, with spotty to simply poor service from the CM's serving it up. Your Vons bagel idea sounds much better than trying to eat breakfast inside the park.
