  • My Ticket Book T-SHIRT "proof of concept"

Visiting the park quite often, I was not impressed with current t-shirt offerings so for fun, I decided try to come up with an idea for a fun but unique concept.

After doodle after doodle, I kept coming back to an "Ode to the Ticket Book shirt". Its probably been done before...but I decided to give it a go.

So I grabbed one of my ticket books, scanned / printed and created the following "proof of concept" shirt. It came out fairly clean for my first attempt.

Took the shirt for a test drive yesterday and to my surprise...it turned a few heads. I guess people still recognize the Ticket Book after over 20 years of retirement.

    *Note*
Again this was a proof of concept and not intended for public or private sale / trade. I am aware of copyright and do not need any Walt Disney legal suits reaching into my shallow (as opposed to DEEP) pockets.

    Nice!

I make some of my own Disneyland shirts myself. I'm working on a Submarine Voyage one for the re-opening...

Did you put a real ticket book on the shirt?

That's awesome! I'd buy one! It needs a caption of some sort, though....

Be advised by scanning and printing on a shirt you "reproduced" without permission which is a copyright violation.

I'm pretty sure it's okay as long as he doesn't involve it in any for-profit activities, like selling it or running a business in it.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...
