  • Should the Mine Train be removed.

Around 20-30 years of rain has not helped the Mine Train from the Nature's Wonderland attraction. Should it be removed and restored to prevent further decay?

      No, because it's mine

No, unless it's really starting to deteriorate. Anyway, where would they put it to restore it? Somewhere where people could still see it, or locked up from all eyes?

You're wrong, Brer Rabbit, why would I want to be home when I can be at Disneyland?!?

It needs to look old, and it needs to stay visible. A little touchup is okay, but having a brand new railroad engine sitting abandoned along the side of the river wouldn't look right. It's a vestige from an older ride--an homage to the Frontierland of old--and it needs to stay.

You're complaining that an abandoned mine car looks aged?

It's fine as is. Make the animals more realistic along the river.

I was thinking the same thing.

                      I say leave it alone.

I agree, leave it alone. It's an abandoned train track, it's suppose to look old. It's some character to the area too. Now if it was halfway falling into the river, then I'd say remove it.

If it was falling into the river.......then one of two things could happen: (1) put it back on the old track (2) just leave it there....

Restored yes... to ensure it doesn't completely rot away. It's a balance, it needs to be structurally sound to prevent it from becoming a potential safety hazard. At the same time it needs to be "aged" to fit the wreck that it is.
