Tie between Toon town and Critter Country. They could each benefit from a few more attractions. Also, the coaster in Toon Town needs to be lengthened. The Pooh ride begs to be retooled, so that it incorporates the technology, special effects and story telling of the advanced Tokyo Disneyland version.

Toontown needs something, I'm just not sure what it needs.

Critter Country just needs some country bears to come in and sing for a spell. Melvin!

          Frontierland.

It needs to have the desert back. It needs to once again celebrate the courage and ingenuity of the pioneers of this country, and let us have the feel of the old west again.
"Say, uh, ever hear of the devil's paint pots? Real mystery of the desert. Bubblin' pots of mud in all kinds of colors."

It's a tossup. I'd say hit Critter Country first (redo Pooh, incorporate an updated Country Bears show), then address the concerns that Druggas brought up abot Toontown. Then it's either Frontierland or Fantasyland. Also, Critter Country could use a railroad station or something, because there is no way to get there that doesn't require going all the way around the river.

Frontierland considering it is one of the original lands and the fact that it really hasnt gotten a big attraction since thunder.

Fantasyland could use something new and big.

Critter Country- It only has 2 attractions, because honestly, what do Davy Crockett canoes have to do with Critters? Other than the hat? ( I consider that an overlap from Frontierland) And it definatly needs easier access.
                  I would put in
                  1. Updated Country Bears (been said, I know)
                  2. A child's play area, like WDW's Laughin' Place for those too small for Splash

Frontierland. It covers more area than any other in the park, and is a gateway land to several others, yet there is hardly anything to do there. I would rank as follows, the areas that need the most work...

                    1. Tommorland
                    2. Frontierland
                    3. Toontown
                    4. Critter Country
                    5. Fantasyland
                    6. MainStreet

New Orleans square and Adventureland are excluded, since they are packed chock full of excellent attractions, restraunts nad shops and basically need no work otehr than maintaing what is already there.

Critter Country- Needs Country Bears, Pooh's Honey Hunt, Uncle Remus voiceover on Splash
Toontown- Demolish Go Coaster and C and D's treehouse, put in new dark ride and pave over Jolly Trolly track.
Fantasy Land- Replace Snow White's Scary Adventure with someting a little more relevent, bring back canal boats with a fantasy theme, change Matterhorn queue into a two story ski lodge, A VILLAINS E-TICKET called THE ASYLUM
