  • Has Disney achieved full churro integration throughout the DLR?

I have been curious about this subject for quite a while; hopefully the enlightened minds at Micechat can enter this discussion and hopefully--though there will certainly be contrasting opinions presented--facilitate a more thorough understanding regarding this topic.

The topic of Churro Integration throughout the parks has surely been a contentious one. Has Disney effectively utilized the resources available to them to achieve full churro integration--and some would say, saturation--throughout the parks? Personally, I am unsure of this answer. On one hand, I feel that Disney could easily introduce additional methods of churro vending and distribution that would further increase the integration of churros throughout the park; however, perhaps that is unnecessary? As in the other threads I've posted on the subject, one must find the correct balance to the churro-incorporation corollary to truly understand this issue, however that perfect ratio is elusive and, according to many, impossible to truly discover.

I'm not quite sure what you mean; I'm merely attempting to discuss an important part of everyday life and business at the DLR and ascertain the popular opinion--at least within these message boards--regarding churro integration within the theme parks that we know and love (well, excluding DCA, of course).

If I were President of Disneyland I would install Churro Dispensers every 10 feet!

Not only that but I would lower the prices while still promising the same quality of Warm Churro goodness.

        Buy 3 get one Free!!

I promise to enact the No Churro Left Behind act!

Wouldn't this be great to have all over the park? I'm sure Disney can retro fit it to dispense churros. They could have Dole Whips in one section, churros another, popcorn, you name it.

Heck they have vending machines for everything else:

As for your original question I pretty much think they have churroed themselves out.

I was just thinking about this... great thread.
I remember when the park had Churro vendors literally 10 feet from each other. while it was easy to find a churro when you needed one it clogged up the streets. Now we have about three stands in every land which clears the streets but yields to long churro lines. I think dispensers like above would be a nice addition to Tomorrowland.

You know untill I can get an alcohol filled churro at DCA, I'm going to have to say no.
There is no right or wrong in this debate. It is simply a matter of perspective.

Hmm. Judging from the output in this thread, there is not a prevailing opinion regarding integration of churros within the parks themselves. Perhaps there is hesitation based on internal questions regarding Walt's personal involvement within the churro distribution system and how that might affect, if at all, modern interpretations of the guest-churro relationship; this would subsequently alter--perhaps radically--one's opinion regarding the matter.
