  • iPod tunes for rides...

I have recently taken to listening to my iPod on some rides just to see if it makes a difference to my ride experience. I don't do it on every ride, just the coasters:

    Space Mountain-
The Serpentine Offering by Dimmu Borgir
Nuthin' But a G Thang by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg
    Keep Fishin' by Weezer

    BTMRR-
Sin Wagon by the Dixie Chicks
Devil Went Down to Georgia by Charlie Daniels
    Freebird by Lynrd Skynyrd

    Screamin-
    Fantastic Voyage by Coolio
    Sledgehammer by Peter Gabriel

    Anyone else have similar proclivities?

    --nick--
Amnesia used to be my favourite word, but I forgot it.

I played Rockin on Space and Screamin after it ended this one time.

There should be a similar thread on here from a while back... if I have a chance I'll post the link

Thread's locked but if you are asking out of curiosity then this should give you some idea of MC's tastes.

I think the only one I would try this on is Big Thunder. Part of the ride-going experience for me on SM and CS is the actual attraction music -- that is, as long as it's not the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Then I would consider putting in some headphones. )

Actually, when I was at WDW last year, I played the DL Space Mountain music because WDW's Space Mountain has no music. It certainly made the ride a lot more fun!
