  • [Question] Comfort Inn on Katella, east of Harbor?

Looks like we can get a good deal for a week's stay at the Comfort Inn on Katella, east of Harbor. Seems to have what we need and price is decent.

How are the beds? Is it clean and quiet? Adequate parking?

Any reviews greatly appreciated. Looks pretty good on Tripadvisor but I would love Micechatter opinions.

Stayed there Dec 2010 and we really enjoyed ourselves... plenty of free parking and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel was pretty quiet at night, and they had great continental breakfast in the morning. Also there is an ART stop right outside for easy transportation!

You may get alot of foot traffic during the day and late evening, noisy kids, etc..going to Garden Walk or returning from the park but usually the surrounding hotels are very quiet at night around there.

Yeah thats pretty much the worst thing I've read on tripadvisor, that is can be noisy, but if thats the biggest negative, I'll be happy. We're staying there 10 nites starting mid month. I am so excited!

I just called The Comfort Inn to confirm our upcoming reservation for Weds 5/16. I am so excited! :yea:

I wanted to request a room on the west side of the hotel, opposite of the freeway. She said it was $10 per night extra. ????? What a rip. So I declined. Since we'll be at this hotel for 12 nites I think I can find a better way to spend $120 plus tax. At least there are no resort fees.

We have been here since Weds 5.16 and the Comfort Inn is fine. We were given a room on the west side when we checked in. Its been very quiet.

The room is great. Clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. They have sausage and eggs and you can make your own waffle.

              So far its exceeded expectations.
