  • WDW College Program Interview?

Tommorrow I am calling Disneyworld to set up a phone interview. I was not able to attend the campus presentation (the closest was 3 hours away) so I watched the e-presentation (loved it). Anyone have any tips for my coming interview, what should I expect? Thanks

It's pretty easy. They asked me what job I wanted most is, don't just say you'll accept any job, tell them the job you want most and that you'd prefer that, they need people so if you say you want a certain job, you'll probably get it. I said I wanted to do operations and the interviewer asked what I'd do if I had to tell a kid he couldn't ride Space Mt. and I said something like tell him about other rides he can go on and hopefully he can ride next time he goes to Disney World. They also asked questions like how did you deal with a problem at another job or something, I don't remember what I said. I say just don't try to act like you know everything about WDW, even though you probably do. I did get operations (yeah!) but I had to sell tickets (boo).

yes be yourself, smile while talking, just be about as positive as one can be. And you will do fine. they'll ask you questions about how you will handle living with roomates you have never met, they'll ask you your job prefrences and stuff like that. Its very nice and easy, and the interviewers are really nice!
