    I found this in today's Miami Herald. Miami International Airport truly needs some help with customer service. Unfortunately, as the article states, airline ticket agents will not be getting this service as they're not employed directly by the airport.

    we at Disney prefer to call it "Guest Service" .....the word customer implies that were selling you some product and that your not visiting our lovely domain lol

      Ironically.. I was just talking with a UAL flight attendant who was complaining about new executives hired into the company.. from Disney The new VP is of 'customer experience' and they (UAL people) think its a crock of #$%
