  • Care to help a fellow Disney fan?

I hope this is okay to post (if not, mods feel free to delete) but I am in
need of Magic Kingdom photos....lots of them!

The photos would be used for an online Disney project, and as such may be
visible on the internet. Therefore, the photos cannot be "portrait" style
or close-ups of people (for privacy and all). Specifically what I'm in
need of are photos of just about everything else in the Magic Kingdom:
attractions (inside and out), queues, stores & restaurants, scenery,
various land theming pictures, chracters (by themselves),
transportation,.....whatever. If the picture is in the MK, I'll take it!

I cannot guarantee that every photo will be used, but I need a LOT of
photos, so odds are most will be. Of course once everything is completed
I will send you a link to check my project out before anybody else does.

If you have a spare photo or two (or fifty), e-mail them to me at
eric@mouseguest.com. I really appreciate any help I can get from my
fellow Disney-holics! You guys are the best, and I know you'll love my
    project!

    Thanks again!
    Eric

Unless you are using the photos to make money, it's perfectly legal to take a photo of a person in WDW... mainly because by entering a Disney park, you agree to have your photo taken.

And as far as photos go, any photos taken in a Disney park can not be sold... Disney retains the copyright to the buildings in the photos, therefore they can't be used on t-shirts and other things like that.

And finally, there are too many Disney sites already... look around at other sites and you'll probably find that the site you want to do already exists in a different form. Try to do something different, no one wants the same old Disney news site.

      A) I don't want to use pics with people in them out of courtesy to them, not because of the legality.

      B) The photos I'm looking for will not be sold.

      C) I've looked at other Disney sites. There isn't one that will compare to what I'm doing. I'm not trying to be the next Intercot or Mice Age or All Ears or whatever. My site will be different, and a lot of fun. It definitely will not be "the same old Disney news site".
