MALEFICENT!!!

my good buddy Mark did this up for me in a little under 5 hours , this was taken RIGHT after he finished up and the green lighting effects on her face have already faded down alot like they are supposed to , it's big , about elbow to wrist , and if you are familiar with tattoos you will understand when i say there was no "line work" involved it was all shading and solid colors, the only 1 needle lines he did were her eyes. The only downside is i don't know what villain to get next!

thanks for the kind words , my artist Mark is awesome , i also should have added that is only about half done , we are adding some of the thorn bushes around coming out of the black area behind her , and possibly some green dragon fire also , and don't worry Evil Queen , i have a plan for her yet

Beautiful work! Is it a new trend to not do line work anymore and just do shading? I seem to be seeing more and more people with shading only which I think is so beautiful. I think tattoo artists are become even better artists and are able to reach magnificant work without outlining first.

i'm not sure if i'ts a new trend or not , but it was Mark's 2nd try at it , i belive it is mostly used for portraits and the like , to create a softer line where 2 colors meet
