  • What's for dinner?

So I'm sitting here contemplating what to do about food this evening and I'm at a loss...

What are you guys doing tonight?

I put beef stew in the crockpot this morning. On a cold day it just sounded wonderful. And my house smells magnificent.

LOL I have a brunch thing before going to work at 12. So when I get off at 6:30 it's straight to dinner! No real lunch for me!

Bryan decided he'd very much like to go to our local Brazilian restaurant. He's a guy and he needs meat, darn it! Plus it's Monday so we get the $14.95 special.

Ugh. Nothing? Wait, that's not really an option. Pasta maybe. I need to go to the store, but I'm stalling.

Hmm - I'm making a pork roast with mashed sweet potatoes and spinach for side dishes. The pork roast has been marinating in a pineapple teriyaki-ish marinade overnight.
                She did it!

I put some chicken breasts in the crock pot this morning with taco sauce and homemade salsa for tacos and rice tonight. It smells yummy (thanks for the idea, stinkerbell )

I am having whatever I can find in the fridge or freezer.

FPM took some chicken sausage out of the freezer for dinner, but I'm not sure which flavor it is. Could be asiago and basil, could be cliantro and sun dried tomato. I'll find out when I get home! Whatever it is, I'll probably cook some spinach to go with it.

This weekend my mom brought me over some leftover goulash she made Friday night. Probably going to warm that up as I haven't had mom's home cooking in years!
