I'm so mad about this. :P SeaWorld was the last of the big three to offer Pepsi. Now it's Coke everywhere on all of Disney property, Universal, and Sea World in Florida, add in Six Flags while you're at it in California. Pepsi managed to get Legoland I guess =P. sigh

          Re: Coke returns!

At the moment, Cedar Fair parks are Pepsi, but like I hinted their contract with them is coming up for renewal and it's no secret that Coke wants it back (they lost it back in the 1980's I believe). It's rumoured that Mr.Ouimet prefers Coke.....

^ It was actually in the early 2000's that Knott's lost Coke ... not sure if they were separate from the other CF parks.

Don't know about today, but as of Jan 4 when I was at Sea World, they hadn't actually made the change yet. The employees we asked knew about it, and said it was going to happen (they even acknowledge it was supposed to happen Jan 1st), but didn't seem to know when it'd actually be fully implemented.
Does anyone even bother with signatures anymore?

I've read reports that the transition will be through March.

                  Re: Coke returns!

Cedar Fair bought Knotts in 1997. My understanding was that they left the existing contracts in place until they were up for renewal, as in some cases it was less expensive to do that rather than trying to break the contracts.

^ That sounds about right Dutchman. It may have even been 2007 that Knott's switched over to Pepsi and completed their downward spiral.

Did LL change? Last time I was at Legoland it was a Coke park, granted this pic was taken a good amount of time ago but it was still there last time I was at the park.
