  • Six Flags Customer Service

    So I decided to test the customer service at Six Flags the other day and complain about something that has always bothered me. Riddler's Revenge is a great ride but it never runs more than 1 train which causes insane wait times.

    I went to Guest Services and when I told them what I wanted to complain about I thought the Rep was going to laugh at me. "Only one train can run at once," he said mockingly. "It wouldn't really speed things up because only one train can be on the track at once." "What if you loaded one train while the other ran," I replied. He handed me a complaint form and left me alone.

    I have to wonder if he was trained to say this. It sounded like a stock response to me and can't believe they would try to slide something so obvious past their guest. Oh silly Six Flags, why do you hate your guests so much? Oh that's right, it's because they like to stab each other. :bang:

    Gotta love six flags! :croll: I have personally seen that ride running three trains, one loading, one going up the lift hill and one running the track so yea ... I love the rides but I hate the people

      Yeah I've seen it running 3 too last time i was there anyway but just remmeber six flags doesn't care.

        Six Flags is a place that does not get cleaned up too often. If they can't take care of their park, they obviously can't take care of customers.

          I remember one time I visited Six Flags in California, my friend and I were standing in line for the log flume ride. We were standing right behind a mexican man and his girlfriend. In front of them was a group of black people. So a few friends of the people in the black group decided to cut in line and join the black group. This got the mexican man angry and he started to get into a verbal argument with a black lady from the black group. Next thing Me and my friend knew, The 2 mexicans and a few people in the black group got into a fist fight. Any way, when the fists stopped flying, The Mexican lady was able to rip some of the pig tails out of the black ladies hair! OUCH!!!! Then we all got up to the second story where the logs are and security escorted them all off of the ride. To bad there is to much violence at six flags. They really need to improve their security.

              Six Flags sucks. Period. The last time I was there, it was scorching hot. I went to a store and asked for a small cup of water. The lady actually looked annoyed that she had to stop trimming her nails and just laughed and said, "Get away, kid."

                i live like half an hour away, so i always go there. i dont really mind the heat, but i agree, the service is starting to suck and whenever you walk around specific places, it smells like crap. but i believe it should kick up, because i think SFMM is having like its 35th anniversary(or something like that) this year..at least i hope service is better. but yea, everytime i went this year(which is more than 10 times), they DID run 2 trains.

                      It just seemed like a while since there had been a good six flags service stinks thread on these boards. Glad everyone is still on the same page. BTW... I was back today (why do I still go???) and there are construction walls all around the area where the "new ride" is supposed to be going...

                        It is not starting to suck, it has been sucking. I mean, look at the people you let into the park, and then you start to hire them.

                        35th anniversary?!? SFMM will let all gangmembers in for a one year pass for a special $35 pass. Bring in a Coca-Cola can and let another criminal in for $1.

                          In today's Daily News, there was an article that the owner of the Washington Redskins made an offer to buy up to 34.9% of Six Flags stock. They are seeking to oust Six Flags CEO and CFO. Hopefully this can change the way Six Flags operates its parks and bring, at least SFMM, back to a more family friendly environment.

                            Stole Mark Shapiro from ESPN to take control, if it goes through.
                            I saw an article in the LA Times, referring to Six Flags parks as "theme parks." Bah! I believe the word you're looking for is "amusement parks."
                            Step one: get rid of season passes. Cheap entrance cost means cheap customers, often with low income and little respect for others' properties (and bodies).

                              Most of the people outside of Disney I know have Passe to SFMM. Why? Because they are cheap. They think that $150+ for a Disneyland pass is just insane, compared to their $50-$100 pass. Knott's is starting to suffer from the same problem, now that Cedar Fair has made Knotts more towards the teenager demograpic.
