  • Middle-Earth Trademark granted for Amusement Parks

The company that owns the liscensing rights to Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit was granted a new Trademark for the term Middle-Earth to be used in amusement parks rides and services.

As you can see it is pretty broad Trademark by The Saul Zaentz Company The Saul Zaentz company

But does this mean Middle Earth is coming to Orlando? Or does it mean something for somewhere else?

Very interesting. I never thought this would go through. I love all of the movies and Tolkien's works, yet I don't see the GP loving it enough to the extent of HP.

I think this might just have more to do with the ongoing lawsuits. Grab it to have so the Tolkien Estate cannot.

Oh a 3rd gate would be amazing... but I don't think a 3rd gate is too likely unless it is a water park.

Personally, they should not have a 3rd gate. Dsiney has too many plates that are spinning, and at the moment, they are al, falling. They should extend the park with the new themed area.
The new Star Wars plot summery:

Episode 7: Luke discovers that Darth Vader is not his father, and goes on a search for his real father

Episode 8: Darth Vader is resurrected and goes on Jerry Springer, claiming he is Luke and Leia's father

Episode 9: Princes Leia is not Luke's sister, making him furious (we all know why...).

I agree with this Sentiment Trumpet! I think 2 parks, a water park and a nighttime district is enough! I do believe that they need to make sure those two parks are multiday experiences by having A LOT of entertainment, shows, night time shows, etc
