Favorite/Hated Disney movies?
Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
Marge: Pink.
Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"Tags: None

Pinnochio is my favorite, and Brother Bear is my least.
Did anyone notice that at one point in Brother Bear that every character in the movie had fallen off a cliff or rock formation of some sort?
It was just bad.

I really liked Treasure Planet too, but I know a lot of folks didn't.
I assume that Pixar movies don't count, right, cause I really liked the Incredibles...

Favorite - Emperor's New Groove
Of all of them, I can watch this one over and over. It wasn't Oscar worthy nor did it have Elton John's involvement in the making, but it makes me laugh time and time again.
Least favorite - Fox and the Hound
Depressing, sad, morbid... bleh. The moral of the story is that if you're different, outside of childhood, you can't get along and shouldn't get along. (At least that's my take on it. I haven't watched it in ages.) Also, it made my little sister cry when she saw it as a kid. Only our trip to see 'Little Mermaid' next revived her interest in Disney flicks...

My fav has to be Little Mermaid...identified so much with Ariel as a teenager. My worst has to be Pocahontas...just plain pointless.
I'd love to see them get back to the princess/love stories. I think that's why they've gone down hill since departing from the classic plots.Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?

Favorite: I would have to say a tie between Emperor's New Groove and Lilo & Stitch. Both are movies I allow my kids to watch as many times as they want with me in the room, which is more than I can say for a lot of the Disney films.
Hated: I would have to say I don't have any hated original Disney films; however, don't get me started on Cinderella 2 & the craptastic failure that is The Princess Stories series. Blech! I won't allow those movies to be watched in my house.Anything listed on the park maps as an attraction is fair game for inclusion in the Rally.
I cannot confirm nor deny the inclusion of any attraction in the Rally.
May the Gumballs Be with You...Always.

Eartha Kitt and Patrick Warburton are hysterical.
And there are some great one-liners in there that I can't help but use from time to time.

Yzma: Take him out of town and finish the job now!
Kronk: What about dinner?
Yzma: Kronk, this is kind of important.
Kronk: How about dessert?
Yzma: Well, I suppose there's time for dessert.
Kronk: And coffee?
Yzma: All right, a quick cup of coffee. Then take him out of town and finish the job!

Waitress: Ordering. 3 pork combos, extra bacon on the side, 2 chili cheese samplers, a basket of liver and onion rings, a catch of the day, and a steak cut in the shape of a trout. You got all that honey?
Kronk: 3 oinkers wearing pants, plate full of hot air, basket of grandma's breakfast and change the bull to a gill, got it.
-------
Yzma: Aaah... How shall I do it? Oh, I know... I'll turn him into a flea. A harmless, little flea. And then, I'll put that flea in a box. And then I'll put that box inside of another box. And then I'll mail that box to myself. And when it arrives,
[laughs]
Yzma: I'll smash it with a hammer. It's brilliant, brilliant! Brilliant, I tell you! Genius, I say!

Yzma: Is there anything on this menu that is not swimming in gravy?

I detest anything they have come out with direct to video. Why don't they just admit it. They've come up with an idea they didn't want to spend any real money on, so it's just a throwaway piece of garbage they think we'll automatically snap up like cattle? I won't stand for that sort of contemptuous attitude.
I'm a huge animation fan, so just about any of the "old" movies are fine by me.
Hey, while we're on the movie subject, does anyone remember the live action Nature type films Walt used to do? Nature's Half Acre, etc? A friend of mine's father used to either direct or do cinematography for those.
