Interesting analasys. I get songs stuck everyday. In fact yesterday I had a song from the musical Ragtime stuck...so I ended up listening to the ENTIRE soundrack on the way home from work. Listening to the song usually 'unsticks' it for me. ....usually. Dang. Now i'm remember the song again....
Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
      Marge: Pink.
      Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"

The song Now and Forever from the movie League of Their Own., The girl's baseball movie. For some reason it makes me think about my (now deceased) brother, who was an avid baseball fan.

My friend said this after smoking a ........ cigarette. "What if all the songs that get stuck in our head make up the soundtrack to our lifestory?"

When my roommate told me that our friend said that my first thought was "I wouldn't buy that CD."

                One word: Copacabana.

What's worse, thanks to a "Twisted Tune" this frequently morphs into the Star Wards Cantina song. And then back.

I get songs stuck all the time. My problem is that it's never a song I currently have with me and can listen to. I could have 100 CD's in the car, but the one i actually want to hear because it's stuck randomly in my head? not there.

The one that gets me every so often is 'Dont Change' by INXS. Whenever I get it in my head I start to worry because usually something bad is about to happen.

The strangest convergance I've had stuck was Abba alternating with Evanescence. That was an interesting night at work, until I could get in the car and listen to something else that could chase it out!
