  • Adventures in wonderland and other childhood favs

I remember adventures in wonderland well sort of. I remember going "camping" (RV park with cable) and watching the disney channel because at the time that was the only way to see it at the time. I did enjoy it alot (perhaps because it was a kind of camping perk) and really liked the music.
I think they should put that on DVD and a few other lost kid shows. Which little known kid shows do you miss?

Are you talking about the Disney channel show that aired in the 90's? And was that the show where at the begining we would see a real life actress (Playing Alice) talking to her cat in her bedroom, then wonder what was going on in wonderland so she would step through her mirror to visit them?

And is it als the show that had an African American actress playing the queen, a white rabbit on rollerblades, etc.? I remember the white rabbit on Rollerblades and how he would always crash into everything....He insipred me to start using rollerblades at the time.

I also remember the doormouse. I remember a whole bunch about that show actually.

I think I watched the show you're talking about. I know I watched some kind of Alice show, and what you just described sounds very familiar.

Now I'm sure that's the show I saw.

This thread has got me thinking of this really cool movie my stepmom showed me when I was little. I think it's called Through the Looking Glass. The only thing I really remember is some kind of monster, and the IMDb boards are full of Jaberwocky boards, so that might be it.

Good god DW, those pictures look like an acid trip gone wrong!!!!

I so don't remember this show. Then again, since it was on in 1993, I was a college freshman and watching more MTV than Disney. But it looks like it would have been a great show to watch after smoking... um, cigarettes. Yeah. :whistling

I remember that show! I think I was slightly old to watch it at the time, but I still thought it was cute and entertaining before school each day.

You might be referring to the all star made for TV mini series Alice in Wonderland and Alice Through the Looking Glass. It was produced in the early/mid 80's. The Jabberwocky was a big part of "...looking glass". It's available on vhs - but kind of pricey.
