I was just wondering if I am the only one EXTREMELY frustrated with D23's means of conducting customer service....After 3 e-mails and 5 calls to Disney shopping I still do not have my 2nd quarter package from D23. I have to call the Shopping line and they call D23 or e-mail them...after e-mails I get ZERO response...If they call them I end up spending countless time on hold waiting to hear back....not only that... I have no choice because there are no refunds so if I want my stuff I have to work for it...ARRRGGGG!!! Just wondering if it was just me or if I've run into a string of bad luck.
