  • Neverland on SyFy

Did anyone besides me watch this show last week? It was very well done. I loved the look of the show and the story was somewhat twisted from what we know, but very well done with nice twists and turns. The actors where also great especially Hook and Peter. I just thought it was well done and a pretty good origin for the story and the way they ended the story was perfect as no sequel is really needed. We all know what happened after the last scene. The DVD and Blu-Ray will be out in March 2012 and I plan to get it as soon as it comes out. I want to watch it without all the commercials and supid stuff the scroll across the bottom 1/3 of the screen. All the cable channels do this and it's just gotten more and more annoying. But aide from that I really loved this telling of Peter's origin. Had a little of Oliver Twist, Harry Potter and Peter and the Starcatchers in it and a lot of new things that we never knew about.

I DVR'd it but haven't had time to watch it yet. It looked good from the commercials.

Of course, me being a big Peter Pan fan, I loved it. A kind of strange, dark origin for Pan and the Lost Boys and Hook, but well done. The actor play Hook was outstanding and so was the kid playing Peter. I think he has been signed for another movie already (not a Peter Pan movie, but something else that sounds intriguing, just can't remember what it is).

Really different take on the whole "world" of Peter Pan, but I thought they did a fantastic job!
