I have a Mr Toad's Wild Ride that was filmed years ago with most of Monty Python's cast as the main characters. They are half animal/half human. Sort of an odd production, but, if I remember correctly, close to the book.

        "...a live-action/CGI mix feature..."

This is great news for the attraction. Excuse me while I cackle in advance.

Ditto. Besides, whatever happened to the "Jungle Cruise" movie that is/was being produced? Does anybody know the status of that? I'd like to see that movie released before Disney even comes close to releasing "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride."

There's also (supposedly) some type of "Tomrrowland" movie in the works. And a Haunted Mansion reboot. And a Matterhorn movie.

So.... a movie based on a ride based on a movie? I'm confused.

Next they'll be doing a movie based on the beloved churro and Dole Whip. Now THAT I'd pay big theater prices for! 3D prices, even!

Could be......................ok ok I have to say it..where is a new Brer Rabbit movie? I don't get how Toad can get another movie...when Splash is much much more popular, the unfairness of how Disney chooses which movies are made

I'm still awaiting the Guillermo del Toro adaptation of the Haunted Mansion. What I don't understand is why every ride needs a movie and vise verse? Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they made a whole movie all about the Mark Twain riverboat. (Although that might be cool since I love the MT)

I wonder if this means Mr. Toad is on the way out for Disneyland. We lost our Country Bears. Too bad for The Magic Kingdom who lost their version of Mr. Toad and Snow White.
