One hour less of sleep

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]This is the time of year I do not look forward to because I work nights . You would think that lossing just a hour is not bad. Maybe it's my advance age but the loss of a hour is a killer . In my already sleep deprived world this loss of time get me all out of whack. I just have to say it is so hard to get sleep when you work nights and when the days get longer it is impossible. I can see it in my coworkers this is the time of year for us know as the walking dead . I also have found that the answer to my question how are you today will be answered with tired.. [/FONT]
