  • Thomas Kinkade has died

I was not sure where to post this, so I hope mods will move to where appropriate.

Just hearing that Thomas Kinkade died tonight at the age of 54. Family is reporting the death to be of natural causes. I'm posting this here in the Collecting forum since I recall him doing paintings of the Sleeping Beauty Castle for Disneyland's 50th Anniversary (remember selling quite a few while I worked at WOD) and of Cinderella's Castle for Walt Disney World.

A couple previously not offered pieces are now on display in World of Disney - Little Mermaid and Lion King. As usual, they're gorgeous.
