Hopefully there is someone here with knowledge of 1920's / 1930's vintage toy scene. I was reading a D23 article where they were talking about only three Oswald merchandise items being produced during the Disney era (A Stencil Set, A Pin-Back Button, and a Candy Bar). However in the latter 1920's or early 1930's there was a a little celluloid Oswald Toy that has a big circular head and body with a red arms and legs leading to more black felt parts.

Anyway to make a long story short, in the game Epic Mickey, Oswald is seen with this specific toy dusting it off in his glass case. Disney also only got the rights back to anything Oswald created under Disney. Does that mean this specific toy was also created during the Disney time period but released afterwards, or an error on Junction Point Studios for including it in the Epic Mickey game?
