Need help / info on this item

This "stained glass" was purchased from the Disneyana Shop on Main Street (before the Starbucks conversion) back sometime between 2003-2006. I know at the time of purchase, this was the last one in stock (at that time) and it was the actual display piece in the shop. No box. It is approx 15" tall and 11.25" wide. It came with a black metal stand, but it can also be hung up with the attached chain. I want to say this was before the 50th displays of the stain glass castles that were on the front of Cinderella Castle in WDW.

Looking for assistance on more information on the piece, actual date issued, original sale price, UPC, artist (only tag is a small metal tag on back saying "Disney China".
