Either the link was bad from Disney's Facebook or Disney took the page down. (Or my computer is glitching too!) The Facebook post is still up.

I'm disappointed in the faces again; it would have been so easy to make them much cuter by using the Tokyo-style face instead of the old Disney Bear-style face (which doesn't even match what you see on the bears themselves). Though I don't mind saving money so I guess it's OK that I don't like them!

The Vinylmations aren't coming out until next month, so maybe that's why they took the link down. Also they'll be in "blind" boxes so you won't know what one you got until you open the sealed box. I like the bumble bee, dark brown & purple ones. I'm not a Vinylmation fan, but I did get the 2 Duffy ones they came out with a year or 2 ago (which are still in their boxes, never opened).

I always look at the Disney Store first thing on Monday mornings for new Duffy Merchandise. I go into the parks section and then look for the Duffy thread. Today the thread is not there. So I looked under new items, they did have a couple of new Duffy items in there, including the change purse. But the whole Duffy page I could not find.

I went to Disneyland Paris yesterday and checked out the Duffy store there, which is the Storybook Store on Main Street right near his photo area. They have some of the boxed costumes, like Pinocchio, Easter, Peter Pan, and Mickey. They had some other costumes like Stitch, Sorcerer Mickey, Sailor, and Jedi Academy. They also got the Fireman, Steamboat Duffy, and Safari 12" plush there. But, there are some Paris-only items. 2 12" bears, one with the "Dapper Dan" style outfit, and then the "tourist" one with the letterman jacket and baseball cap. They still have some of the 20th Anniversary sorcerer Duffy, so I bought one of those before they're gone. And they have a small 9" Duffy wearing a "Paris" t-shirt and straw boater hat and he comes in a vinyl bag with "Paris" and his image on it. It's really cute actually. I like the resort-specific items, and I wish there were more of them.

Those 12" Paris Duffys can be found on ebay.

And I have to get one of those Donald Duck outfits! Too cute!

Not too keen on the Donald costume. I don't like dressing my Duffy as other Disney characters. He is his own bear!

I agree, aimster. Character costumes are cute and all, but honestly "costumes" are something I'm only interested in during Halloween and I'm getting tired of them. Give us more everyday clothing!!!

I almost responded, "Disney, what did we JUST SAY about character costumes?"

On the one hand, I guess it's kind of good that Disney is making the one kind of costume they've done a good job on across the board (furry character suit). But how many more do we need?! Even one everyday outfit a year would be nice at this point. (Wait; does the poncho count as this year's?)

Aluani (however you spell it) gets more "everyday" type outfits than the US parks do for Duffy. So unfair.
