  • Animation Cell-abation Event at DCA's Off The Page - March 2 - 3, 2013

Animation Cell collectors won't want to miss an event at Off The Page in DCA's Hollywood section, March 2 & 3. William Silvers will be on hand to sell his hand numbered, limited edition of 495 pieces, seri-cels of classic Disney films. There is a special plaque that guests will get if they are one of the first 50 people each day to buy one of these pieces.

An accomplished animation artist, Silvers will kick off ACME Archives' new seri-cel art line with images he has created. These limited edition seri-cels feature his Disney character designs rendered onto clear acetate overlay, placed over a fine art reproduction of Silver's meticulously hand painted original backgrounds. The first fifty sold each day of the event will receive a commemorative plaque, hand signed by the artist and suitable for framing below the serial itself.

This is a great opportunity to meet a working animation artist and be the first to take home a limited edition animation cel.
