  • Pin Trading Tips!

    Hello everyone!
I thought I'd start a thread dedicated to different tips and advice on how to get the most out of pin trading in the DLR.
One thing that I do to save a little money is buy the cheap-o pins, then trade for more expensive ones. Saves a few bucks.

Did you know there's a dedicated pin trading board here on mice Chat? Here's the link:

Yes, but it doesn't get much action, so I thought I'd post here instead haha. Hopefully that's okay

Heck, it's okay by me, I'm not the pin police! Just wasn't sure if you knew. Maybe it's up to you to revive the board!

            Re: Pin Trading Tips!

I want tips on pin trading. I'm new to MC and don't really know how to wade through all the posts to find the info I need. We got lanyards and pins a couple of trips ago but I always feel a bit intimidated about trading. Is there some kind of protocol??

If there's a bunch of pins that catch your eye on a lanyard, a quick sucker punch to the face should do the trick. Then you get the whole lanyard... and a lawsuit. :bash: :whistling

When trading with the CMs it is just a pin for a pin. As long as the pin you are trading is a Disney pin, you can trade it with a CM for a pin on their lanyards. That is the basics of it.

                  I only trade with CMs.
                  Good morning, son
                  In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
                  It was pain
                  Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
