Via the Mickey Montior, a newsletter sent out to WDW APers:

The event is at the World of Disney store in DTD. It is from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Dec 5th. Passholders will have the opportunity to have their pictures taken with Santa Goofy and the first 1,000 shoppers will receive a free gift.

From what I have heard this event can get CRAZY!!!
