  • Pin Trading on a Disney Cruise Question

Are there a lot of chances to pin trade on a disney cruise? How many pins would you recommend for a 7 day cruise?

Will trade husband for Disneyland and DCA Pins!

Very much so. I think there was one pin trading session per day - usually held in the atrium in the evenings including one with the ship's officers.

The cast members at the shops and some in the buffet restaurant also had pins and lanyards.

    Have fun on your cruise!

In the atrium at night (usually around 7:30) there is a pin station set up in the atrium where they sell limited edition pins.

We were disappointed with pin trading on our cruises. The events are OK, but smaller than I expected. Outside of those you keep seeing the same unpopular pins over and over. CMs in the shops had the same pins on their lanyards every day. We trade a lot in the parks, and did very little on the cruise.

If the pin trading session is at 7:30 pm and I am assigned to the second dinner seating, doesn't this interfere with seeing the early staging of the musicals. I will be on the two day weekend cruise on the Wonder off southern California coast.
