  • First time cruiser

Hi everyone! As I mentioned above, I am about to go on my first cruise, HOWEVER, I don’t know if I can make it.

We booked the cruise back in March and are set to sail October 1st. The problem is that since then I’ve started chemo and my doctor doesn’t feel comfortable with me going on the cruise because I’m immunocompromised. https://19216811.cam/

My husband said that the cruise is not refundable, but I think Disney would be reasonable. https://1921681001.id/

Has anyone had this experience or know the cancellation policy for unforeseen health complications? Thanks in advance!

You can try to email them as they have exemptions. Send them a copy of your Doctor's findings or your medical records as a supporting document of your cancellation.

What I know is still not refundable but, you can move your booking on your preferred date. That's what been offered to my friend.

I agree, its not refundable. However, with valid reasons they can make exemptions.
