  • [Pictures] Jack and Sally in France

I just saw photos of Jack and Sally from Nightmare before Christmas at DLRP for the Halloween festivities. The photos are over at the DLRP website: Jack Skellington and Sally arrive in Paris! | DLRP Today -*Characters*Disneyland Park*Entertainment*Frontierland*Halloween*Seasons Disneyland Resort Paris

Even though Jack's mask is a bit off model, he definitely looks very tall. The mask must have an extra couple of inches above the actual head.

If I am not mistaken, this is the same Jack costume and Sally makeup they did/used at HKDL's Halloween last year, and possibly again this year.

Indeed it is, but the arms and hands are different. I like that he is tall and thin, but I think I prefer the Jack I saw a DL a few years ago, his head was round as it should be.
Let's put the Walt back in Disney!

Its an improvement on meeting the Pink Witches, I like the location too, but I'm a bit concern if it proves popular, it may cause a backlog of guest leaving the Manor, as both Boot Hill and the exit are ver near each other.

Exactly. And that's all that matters.

I too am a little put off by the shape of Jack's head but I do like the fact that he is a 'face' character (of sorts).

The belated inclusion of these characters into DLP's Halloween celebrations is an obvious attempt to capture a new market - tragically brooding teenaged goths. This is of course a good move both in the business and asthetic sense. But why does it take Disney ages to cotton on to the appeal of some of their franchises, while at the same time trying to cram mediocre fayre like Narnia and the latest animated disappointment (Chicken Little, The Wild, Brother Bear, about a dozen others) down our throats? Sometimes they really seem waaaay out of touch.
