That's a long closure for Indy. Let's hope they don't switch Temple Of Peril around again.
(What are the chances they're going to put some "Raging Spirits" effects in?)

It was on the cards as part of Adventureland's big refurbishment this year. But the refurbishment appears to have been cancelled, so I assume the Raging Spirits makeover has gone the same way. Shame.

Hello Soundtracker! Do you have any info as to why they cancelled the refurbishment? Is it because they prefer to fix all the small things that were not working for a while (you did mention in an earlier post that the new CEO asked for a list of maintenance or things that needed to be fixed) or do they prefer to invest/waste money on pretty mosaics on the floor (in the plaza between the parks and at Discoveryland :-)

Regarding Adventureland I noticed they removed a lot of bamboos near the area of Indiana Jones, probably they want to renew some...

I don't get why Casey Jr. - Le Petit Train du Cirque is closed for so long. It can't be maintenance.

The Oct-Nov closure is to set up the Christmas decorations - that area of Fantasyland becomes
                  "Belle's Christmas Village" or something.
(this is why Le Pays des Contes de Fées is closed all Xmas season),
and I assume the Jan-March closure is to remove Xmas decorations and then start a refurb -
                  anyone know any better?

Re: Attraction closures October - June

They always close the rear area of the park (outside the rail tracks) over the winter. So that means Casey Train and Canal Boats are always closed.

This has happened before the Xmas event was even around.

It's about saving money. Close attractions in the 'low' season.

They also close Autopia for the same reason.
