  • [Fun] Tips for Disney Paris Character Performer Audition?

    Hello!
I am quite new to MiceChat and this is my first post...
Also I hope that this is in the right forum.

So, I'm going to be in London during April 30 auditioning for Disneyland Paris as a Disney Character, Parade and Character Look-alike Performer. I was just wondering what I should expect, what I should prepare [other than resume and headshot] and I'm just curious as to what to do with my hair? [Silly question I know, but I don't know if I should put it in a bun, or ponytail? It's very long...]

Anyway, any tips would be appreciated and if you are heading to the same audition, I hope to see you there!
    ^_^ Thanks!

This has been asked before and I am sure that you will get some good advice on this forum. Sadly that advice will not come from inexperienced little me - but I would like to extend a warm welcome to MiceChat.

I am hopefully going to that as well!
i am wondering about make up? weather you should wear it or if they want a bare face?
and outfit? I was thinking nice dance wear but I think I am wrong...

But anyways I am super nervous and afraid my eyes will be too small

First... thanks Nathan Detroit for the welcome! It is true that several threads have great advice! [Which is what led me to find MiceChat in the first place!]

And don't worry Bbethy! I'm sure we'll both have fun! [I'm not saying I'm not nervous... But I am terribly excited as well!]

I've heard that they prefer a more natural face when it comes to auditions... to see the 'you' better. Although I plan on bringing some foundation. As for dancewear... I was planning to wear a leotard with jazz pants and tights underneath just in case...

I hope to see you there! Good luck!
