MiceChat offers a number of ways for you to communicate and get involved. We offer Facebook Groups and Pages, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts. We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

  • [Question] Disney Express Question

    Hi everyone,

    I've just booked a last minute deal to go visit my little bro, now he is working at the park. I booked the hotel and tickets online at disneylandparis.co.uk and tried to book the eurostar with this package but it said there was no availabilty on the train.

    However, I went onto the eurostar website and found there was, so booked the two seperately. Now I am wondering if I still benefit from Disney Express or if I have to pay the 18 euro's per adult for the service??? Is it worth me calling disney customer service and asking?

      You will sadly have to pay extra if you want to use the service. Personally I don't think it worth while. There are lockers at the train station, though I find nipping to the hotels easy too.
      Let's put the Walt back in Disney!

        We paid for Disney Express and it was well worth it for us! But then after hauling our luggage around Liverpool, London, and Lillie we were more than happy to get rid of it!

        The CM working was very helpful as well. In a matter of minutues we had our luggage checked in and our park tickets in hand.

          I spoke to someone in customer service and they said a manager will be contacting me about this. I kicked up a fuss when I pointed out their website left me with no other option but to book direct and that I would have happily booked with them if it had let me.

          Worse comes to worse my bro and I will run to the hotel and check in, leaving everyone else in the village until we can all go into the park together, don't see the point in paying 16 euro's each for it.

            When I had the opportunity to use this service, the queue at the station was so long that we didn't bother.

              I have used it in the past, but more often than not, don't pay the extra for it.
              It is a nice luxury, but not a big hassle to take the bags to the hotel.

                None of you will be surprised to here I still havn't had a call back yet.

                I'm starting to think it's going to be easier going straight to the hotel. Does the whole party need to be there for check in or could I leave my party in the village and check in alone? Reason I ask if that my mum is in a wheelchair and the thought of having to get her on the bus, then off the bus etc is a nightmare.

                  Hilariously I never did get a call from the manager at the call centre. When I caved and phoned them they denied all knowledge of my original call....trying not to get angry as I am really looking forward to my holiday!
