[Question] Halloweentime, going all out?

When was the last time DLP went "all out" for Halloween? I know it's been declining for a littl while. But when was it at it's best?

I stumbled accross this photo of a very elaborate Pumpkin Men display in Frontierland.



This image just floored me! Does anyone know the year this was?

Side note: I feel that the Orange Pumpkin Men are an ugly eye sore and a terrible addition for this beautiful park but it's still a nod to the season, and I like that

I think it ran for a few years but I recall seeing it in 2007. You see Disneyland Paris can't aford to keep there parks tidy and maintened but can aford to waste money on ugly crap like this and TSPL.
