Good Luck to both. I don't know who's got the bigger challenge ahead, Shanghai or Paris?

Well... it surely fits that things are changing for Paris. Philippe leaves Paris with a new ride, many rehabs and measures to improve the resort, and with that positivity for the reort its future.

Tom is arriving at an interesting point in the resorts history with many rumors and with that change has just begun. It seems it just is a logical step, which can bring much more positivity. It can be markteted as a new strategy for the resort.

Fun facts; Tom speaks Dutch. He studied it at NHTV (Academy for Tourism and Traffic) in Breda. I originally am from Breda. Cool!
They now have a faculty for imagineering at NHTV. Just where Olaf Vughts studied (former CEO Efteling, now Head imagenineering Efteling).

I just hope he is given the ability to move the resort forward.

And nice connection on the Dutch front Timmie.

I'm curious, what number president is he now? I think I can only name a few off the top of my head; Gerbeau, Hotlz, Gas and now Wolber.

          Number 8.

          • Robert Fitzpatrick : 1987 - 1993
          • Philippe Bourguignon : 1993 - 1997
          • Gilles Pelisson : de 1997 - 2000
          • Jay Rasulo : de 2000 - 2002
          • Andre Lacroix : 2003 - 2004
          • Karl Holz : 2004 - 2008
          • Philippe Gas : 2008 - 2014
          • Tom Wolber : 2014 - ...

I think the best presidents were Andre Lacroix and Philippe Bourguignon and the worst were Robert Flitzpatrick and Philippe Gas.

Totally agree. Disneyland Paris was in good form from 1993 to 1995ish.
