Re: Disneyland Paris Pictures
Thanks for the sweet photos. Your English is probably better than my French by far. I hope to go to Disneyland Paris someday. It looks like such a beautiful park.

Re: Disneyland Paris Pictures
I love the pictures, but I can't wait to go myself in December to see the Castle with all those pretty lights.

ORDDU: Beautiful photographs, duckling! Your English is just fine, by the way. You speak the language much better than my sister, Orgoch, does.
ORGOCH: Say what?! Is ya castin' asparagus on my talk, is that what ya's doin'? I gotta' mind ta throw a cold bucket a water on yerself fer that, ya know!
ORDDU: Oh, be gone--before somebody drops a castle on you, too! (See what I mean, borderman, dear?)

I think you should see Port Discovery at Tokyo DisneySea. For some reason, it always reminds me of Discoveryland (except on a higher budget).

Re: Disneyland Paris Pictures
I think the orange paint is clever and i really like the pumpkin men, I hope to someday get to DLP during Halloween and I hope that they use the orange paint theme. No one can call this a cheap overlay, i think it is very well done and i hope no one finds anything to be negative about with it, whether or not you like it, it is good theming. I think the paint 'oil derrick; is genious and even though it would ruin a beautiful scene any otherrr time of year, it looks good because it fits the overall theme of the park at this point

Thanks for the photos !
I'm not a fan of Halloween decorations, but the giant pumpkin in front of the castle looks nice though.

Re: Disneyland Paris Pictures
That is correct. That awful tower is the halloween decor centerpiece in Frontierland, and as you can see, it destroys what could otherwise be a lovely scene.
Great photos BTW Borderman, and don't worry about your english. I was not brought up with english, and I manage to some degree.

^^ if I remember right from others photos, that is some kind of oil rig the crazy pumpkin men use to get the orange paint from.

Disneyland Paris Pictures
As it's a bit hard for me to write correct English I would like to share a few moments from my last weekend in Disneylans Paris with you by showing you some pictures!
When you enter the park one of the first things you see is the themed halloween train station, I think it's well done!
Yes it's Halloween!! that is, in mainstreet and frontierland:
Discoveryland in all its beauty!
The Walt Disney Studios or what's left it's full of fences when you want to go to your right when leaving Studio 1.
For me the most magical moment of the weekend, just relaxing at the border of the rivers off the far west Phantom Manor in my back and Mark Twain is slowly arriving, that combined with the beautifull area loop and the magnificent last sunday sunlights is just magic!!! In my opinion the most magical spot I've ever visited in a themepark!
That's all folks!!Tags: None
