Of your list, I have never seen the above outside of a parade.
Would I be rght in saying that Aladdin was with the Genie on the Castle stage? Same for Wendy with Pan (Pan was with Hook when we saw him)?

I assume Big Al was at the Sequoia (We've only ever met Wendel - about 100 times!) but where were Launchpad and Penguin (presumabley from Poppins)?

And to add to your list, we have also met King Louie (who with Sulley is unable to sign autographs), Remy and Emile from Ratatouille, Mr and Mrs Incredible, Jesse from Toy Story, Monkey from Jungle Book, Radcliffe from Pocahontas, The Big Bad Wolf, Max (Goofy's son) and Gabby Mallard from Chicken Little.

The most uncommonly common characters in DLP in my experience are Eeyore, all those listed from the movie Robin Hood, Geppetto and Mr Smee. Goofy, Pluto and Tigger are also often spotted.

We are sick of the sight of them over here mate. You are more than welcome to them!

Alladin and Genie were actually both hanging around the left side of the hub on our last day there.

Peter Pan & Wendy were on the big boat at Adventure Isle

Big Al was twice just at the main street station hub

Penguin was at Cafe Mickeys, Launchpad was at the New York hotel 2 mornings we were there.

We could have met King Louie and Monkey, but son wasn't in the mood at the time. We have met many of the others at previous visits or other parks, was very surpised not to have seen the Incredibles on this trip; why not move their pose stage to the big gap between Animagique and Art of Disney? Theres nothing there apart from a few planters
