  • [Question] Can You Get Into DCA Early If You Stay At Paradise Pier?

I've stayed at the Grand Californian Hotel a few times and I know they let you into DCA earlier than the park opening. Can you still get in early if you are staying at Paradise Pier? I didn't find anything about this on the Disneyland.com...help would be awesome!

Yes! A good person to ask is Snow_White_Raven as she works at the paradise pier at the front desk.

There are two entrances to DCA, both open at 9:30 AM, and neither has any sort of advantage.

The two entrances are the main Entrance, in the Sunshine Plaza area, and then the entrance from the Grand Californian Hotel area. The ONLY area that is open from 9:30 AM to 10 AM is the Sunshine Plaza area, and Soarin'. There is NO difference if you are staying in a Disney owned hotel or not. The majority of the park opens at 10 AM, and the three entrances (Hollywood Backlot, Vineyard Room Parade Route and the GRR area) all open at the SAME time, at that is at official park opening.

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought that since she was allowed to enter early on her last trip, that she'd be able to do so this time I as well.

My comment was more toward the fact that all the hotels have early entry if you stay on property.
