Wow, that is a gorgeous photo! There is so much detail packed into that little area that it really is beautiful. Awesome post job on the photo as well!
Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter
Nice job with the photo! That area is indeed a favorite of mine. I haven't really taken many artistic photographs of that part of the park, just reference photos for my model, but here they are.
These next ones are way overexposed due to a mistake I made, but they're the only photos of their kind I've ever seen, and I've color-corrected them to extract as much information out of the RAW files as possible. These are what you see as you pass into the station. Next time I ride the railroad, I'll get properly-exposed shots of both this side and the other side.
And here's one over by the bathrooms that includes some of the nearby architecture.
EDIT: And I didn't take the photos on this page, but they're certainly helpful.
These aren't photos, but I figured I may as well share them, since I've made every effort to make them accurate. This area is partially complete in my 3D model, so here are a couple of renders of it in its current state.
As you can see, these beautiful facades are just that--facades. Beyond lie both Pirates of the Caribbean show buildings and the train tunnel between.
