  • [Idea] Bring Starlight Dreams To California!

I just saw the video on YouTube and I think it would be great to be brought to the U.S. (possibly shortened) for the 55th anniversary, but still keeping Remember....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=http:...?v=RdTgtw33f_0

Unlikely since DL's castle does not have a stage.

That show and castle are really beautiful. As for importing that show - Id rather they didn't. I strongly feel that certain shows , parades and attractions should remain exclusive to the parks. It takes something away from the uniqueness of the show/attraction if its readily available at every park, like a McDonalds. I think you should only be able to experience Starlight Dreams at TDL, or Phantom Manor at DRP, or the Matterhorn at DLR.

And, of course, as aimster pointed out, Dlands castle isnt set up for a spectacular like Starlight Dreams. We could approximate it ( I personally love the projections) but invariably, we'd end up with an inferior version, and whoo boy. Thats when the whining begins.

I say leave that beautiful show where it is...

I'm not familiar with the show, but from the video it looks fantastic. However, I don't think it would translate well to Disneyland's castle in terms of scale. I think the thinkers at WDI can come up with something just as spectacular for DL's 55th.

BTW: that was probably the best the crowd reaction ever!
